Easy returns in 4 steps
	1. SUBMIT A REQUEST Click "submit a request" link and fill out the form.
	2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with the return address and a shipping label. (may take 24-72 hours)
	3. SHIP IT BACK Print and attach the provided shipping label as well to the outside of the box.
	4. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT Once the merchandise is received and inspected, payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment or a replacement product will be shipped. (may take 24-72 hours)

Shipping fees

All shipments must be Canadian bound only. Shipping is free of charge, under some restrictions.

Excluded from free shipping are the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island and certain other remote destinations. In addition, oversized, overweight and or unpackaged* products may have an additional charge. If you are in one of these destinations or your article is oversized, our customer service department will contact you to confirm the shipping costs with you. You will then have the option to accept or decline the fees. If you refuse the charges, the order will be cancelled.

*oversized products, may include, but not limited to: bed liners, transfer tanks and bumpers

Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending of the ordered product. It usually takes between 2 – 5 business days for delivering. Processing your order might take between 1-2 business days, before shipping. This may vary during holiday season.

After processing, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Please note that PO Box are excluded for shipping. Please contact our customer service if you need to arrange another delivery location.

Warranty Statement

TruXedo, Inc. warrants that all new products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective if the product is properly installed and used for the purpose intended and applies to the original buyer only. TruXedo, Inc.’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair, or at its option, replacement of any part returned, transportation prepaid, to TruXedo, Inc., Yankton, SD, if the product is, in our judgement, defective. All materials returned without prior authorization will be refused. TruXedo, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for any damages of any kind or nature to person, product, property or downtime. There are no warranties for products that have been repaired, altered, modified or subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or ordinary wear and tear. TruXedo, Inc. will not honor warranty claims if non-genuine parts are utilized.
